The Pain of the Body’s Thought Processor

By

SAlTWATERJANUARy:

I’m sorry that I didn’t hear your voice

When you cried

When you tried

To reach me

I’m sorry that I didn’t listen

When you spoke

When you broke

Into tears

The lidocaine inside my brain

Reveal no further sign of pain

And my body’s left to waste

As your worries take my place

I’m sorry that I left you no successor

Dealing in the pain of the body’s thought processor
